Detailed instructions on how to buy the last plants for 1599.34€ per plant

Now we come to the important information and the instructions:
As already described in our Cannerald Telegram-News-Channel (click), today we are going to reactivate all plants for sale again for 1599.34€ at 7 P.M. (CET) sharp, for which we haven’t received the money so far.
These are the unpaid plants that were sold on December 10th, 2021 and December 12th, 2021. This will happen today, Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 7 P.M. (CET) in the CannerGrow backoffice.
All plants that were ordered "in between" due to canceled orders, not directly at the launches on Friday, December 10th, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. (CET) or on Sunday, December 12th, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. (CET), must continue to be paid for within 3 working days and at the end of the 3 working days, when they are still unpaid also offered for sale again in the backoffice.
Let's get to the instructions that everyone should follow, extremely simple with all the details:
Very important: Please only order in the web browser in the backoffice and not via the app from the Google Playstore!
Start of the sale: Today, Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 7 P.M. (CET) sharp in the CannerGrow backoffice
Possible payment methods:
1. Bank transfer (please state the invoice number in the bank wire reference)
2. Bitcoin payment
3. Cash payment
4. Full payment with balance credit (if you have at least 1599.34€ on your balance)
5. Partial payment with balance credit (partial amount via balance, remaining amount via bank transfer, bitcoin payment or cash payment)
Payment term & time until the money has to be received by us:
👉🏻 Please make the payments as soon as possible and not the next day.
1. Bank transfer:
3 working days until the money has to be in our account.
2. Bitcoin payments:
With Bitcoin you have 30 minutes to send the transaction to us, after which it is no longer possible.
3. Cash payments:

4. Payments with balance credit:
These are triggered directly and the plants are booked directly to you in the backoffice if the order has been successfully paid for
5. Partial payment with balance credit (partial amount via balance, remaining amount via bank transfer, bitcoin payment or cash payment):
- Bank transfer - 3 working days
- Bitcoin payment - 30 minutes
- Cash payment - see payment dates above
Other very important details for bank transfers:
👉🏻 If necessary, please call your bank and increase the daily limit and activate international transfers (also works in online banking). We must receive the entire sum within 3 working days.
👉🏻 Very important: Please state the invoice number of your payment order as the purpose for your transfer.
👉🏻 You can either choose our EUR currency account or our CHF currency account, please make sure that the appropriate currency is transferred. If you send the wrong currency, our bank will automatically use your current currency exchange rate upon receipt of payment on our accounts and you will be booked a minus amount on the balance, which you then have to settle.
👉🏻 Should you transfer it from different accounts or with two successive transfers, write “Part 1 of 2”, “Part 2 of 2”, etc. after the invoice number in the purpose of your bank transfer.
👉🏻 There are no more bank charges on our part, this has been clarified with our bank, one plant costs 1599.34 €. as it is displayed.
Extremely important information on partial payments (point 5) - balance amount + bank payment / bitcoin payment / cash payment:
As many of you have noticed, you can only top up the balance if you have at least 0.01€ on the balance. Please do not top up your balance to buy plants.
If you also want to use your balance to buy plants, please read the 2 examples:
You want to buy 1 plant, you have 500€ credit on the balance - then instead of transferring the full 1599.34€ -> 1599.34€ - 500€ = 1099.34€ with the correct use of the paid order to our EUR or CHF account.
If you want to buy 5 plants, you have 500€ on the balance - then place two orders that are subject to payment.
1x purchase of 4 plants via balance - the plants are booked directly to you.
1x a payment order for 1 plant: As in example 1, deduct the credit of your balance from the invoice amount.
As in the example above, e.g. transfer 500€ as balance credit, then 1599.34€ (1 plant) minus balance credit (500€) = 1099.34€, specify the correct invoice subject as the purpose of the transfer to us!
In this way you buy all plants that you can buy fully via Balance, via Balance.
A maximum of one plant is therefore a partial payment, mixed with the balance and your selected payment method (bank payment, Bitcoin payment or cash payment).
Partial payment via bank payment:
See example above - only transfer the difference, extremely important: Nevertheless, state the correct invoice number in the purpose of the transfer.
You don't have to open a support ticket in the back office - it is not required.
Partial payment via Bitcoin payment:
With a partial payment via Bitcoin you do the same and transfer the remaining amount via Bitcoin - please write a support ticket in the back office (click) after the order has to be paid with the title "Partial payment via Bitcoin".
Partial payment via cash payment:
Also as described above, bring the remaining amount to our office via cash payment (see address above), EUR or CHF possible, the current rate is always used.
Where can I find the data for payment?
As soon as you have placed an order that is required to pay, you will be shown whether this worked or not.
You can find the data in the menu item "Dashboard" and then in the display or your recent order under "pay now".
You can also find all orders that are subject to payment under the menu item “Finances” (click) - “Order history” and there you can then click on the “eye symbol” when placing your order. For payment orders via bank transfer, click on "Bank details" in the top right corner - select whether you want to transfer with EUR or CHF and then you will see the respective bank details of the currency account to which you have to transfer.
At the top as the title is "Invoice ..." this is the invoice number which you have to enter in the purpose of your transfer so that everything can be booked as quickly and easily as possible with us when we receive the payment.
Please do not top up your balance if you want to buy plants, a balance top up is not a purchase of plants!
If you want to make a partial payment (balance + bank payment/Bitcoin payment/cash payment), stick to point 5 above.
Since we had hundreds of problem cases during the last two launches, which our support and finance team processed in record time, we have explicitly listed all possible scenarios and steps in detail in this blog article, if you stick to them everything will work without any problems.
Today, Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 7 P.M. (CET) sharp in the backoffice!
After that, it is still possible, with a lot of luck, that from time to time orders that have not been paid (between Monday, December 13th, 2021 to today, Tuesday, December 21st, 2021) are reactivated for sale. But probably only very, very few.
After this sale, the new price per plant is 2500€. You will see this in the back office within the next 1-2 days and these plants can then also be ordered for a fee.
